The following cancellation conditions apply:

Low season (see periods below)

• up to 2 days before planned arrival > free of charge

High season (periods see below)

• up to 30 days before planned arrival > free of charge

The following seasonal periods apply:
Low season: 11.01. - 31.01. / 26.02. - 19.06. / 16.09. - 14.12.
High season: 15.12. - 10.01. / 01.02. - 25.02. / 20.06. - 15.09.

In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing at stay@juenmi.com.

We will send back a confirmation of the cancelation. This means that the cancellation is valid.
If you have already paid a deposit for your stay, we will transfer the deposit back to you immediately.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for each booking.
After receipt of this fee, the booking is considered confirmed.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.

We are a non-smoking hotel.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
